Presentation went well, had some great feedback. I hope I explained my development process clearly and thoroughly to anyone who was in the room at the time. Overall I am happy with the module and how I have progress. I feel that I have improved greatly, however there are still some areas which need work such as perspective and proportion. Other than that I am very pleased, I will keep updating and developing my work and putting them on the blog.

Custom brush that I created to use within my drawings
The effect it has when being used
I made this brush in photoshop in order to help me when painting my props, character and environment. I needed a brush that felt like a real brush and wanted to give the pressure effect going from dark to light.
This is a developed shield beauty shot, I like the use of shadow on to the character behind the shield however it still needs work to make it look professional.
Here is the more developed version of my prop beauty shot, I have added a background and light source in order to make the prop stand out. Overall I am happy with the outcome however I might go back to it at a later time to do some final touch ups.

This is the final beauty shot of my scimitar prop, I like the finish with the wings however it needs touching up in places and put onto a proper background to make it stand out, other than that I am happy with the results.
This is the final character beauty shot, I quite like how this turned out especially the difference between the light and shadow, I think I am going to touch it up a bit to get the best out of it, the only downfall is the faces but hey ho nobody's perfect. ;)
Here is the blocked colour version of the beauty shot, we can see the character really coming to life and you can get the feel of the character without having to know the story behind him.
My initial sketch for my character beauty shot, I quite like it as it has a very dynamic pose making the character jump out of the image, I need to make sure I get a good background to emphasize the character.
WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DRAW F****** FACES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

>:(
This is my character model sheet, I like the side view as it gives him a nice pose however the others aren't very good especially the 3/4 view which is just terrible, it needs so much work however I need to work on perspective in order to improve it and this will come with time hopefully.

These two sketches are the first ones that are from a female life model, this has enabled me to draw the female body rather than focusing on just male. The top sketch is very basic as I tried to draw it without the use of outlines however I found it hard to distinguish between the different parts of the body. The lower pose is one I'm pretty happy with due to the shading the right areas however one bad thing is the face as I think that it ruins the sketch. All in all I'm quite happy with the results.

These two sketches are my favorite they incorporate large amounts of shading and coloring to bring out the pose and the detail within the sketch. The fish head is the probably my best piece to date due to it looking very professional and finished, the man isn't too bad however I am not happy with the head due to the hood looking very big compared to it, which I would chance if I could. Other than this I am very happy with these pieces.

These are sketches from later lessons and show a few different shading and coloring techniques that I have learnt from previous lessons. The only one that I am happy with is the goblin due to the fact that he looks most realistic from the shadow and lighting of different areas of his body. The batman and ironman sketches look generic and basic and the cow thing is just weird.

These are some of the half decent sketches using the pastels to generate color. I like the last sketch however I noticed that he was a little out of proportion so I tried to draw another outline which can faintly seen in light blue which looks more in proportion than the original.

These are sketches from later life drawing lessons where I have tried to expand on the proportion technique of circles to draw my figures, in addition to this I have also begun to use pastels in my work so that I can blend the colors together and also to add different levels of shading into my sketches which has helped to make them stand out more. I like the shading on the pink man however most of the others need a bit more work to finish them off.

These show trying to incorporate a few proportion techniques into my drawings as I am still struggling with that aspect, one is the 8 heads to keep the body in proportion and the other which in my opinion more effective if using circles and lines to map out the body before drawing the outline of the body.
The legs are out of proportion with the body and the face is just terrible
Here the arms are a little small for the body however the pose and structure of the figure is quite good

This is showing the heads technique and where i am trying to use it in my drawings

The body is better proportioned in this sketch however the pose isn't very strong making the figure seem weak

These quick poses show how bad I am at proportion as they are all wrong and makes him look less human

This sketch isn't too bad however the legs are a bit thin compared to the body

This is another rear shot, the body is more in proportion than the others however the pose isn't very dynamic
This sketch is boring even with the writing due to hands being pointing the wrong way
This is the best sketch from the lesson even tho the arm is a little small but I have started to use shading
As you can see here these are the earliest sketches from the life drawing sessions, in pretty much all of the sketches the figure is not very proportionate and the details such as the face and hands are very basic.
